Haven’t read her predictions since last night but I think “melts like ice” refers to skyscrapers and buildings melting from nuclear heat. Why would she use a simile if she was referring, literally, to ice at the polar caps melting?
There have been rumors of nuclear weapons optimized for heat projection and persistence, rather like the neutron bomb was optimized for radiation.
Obama the last president — does that mean he declares himself as president for life or does it imply no more country to govern after next year?
