It’s time to quit playing who’s an acceptable proxy and who’s not.

Even when it came to Osama Bin Ladin where was he hiding. In Pakistan’s army’s back yard. If someone hadn’t gotten disgusted enough with him to tip off the Yanks....

Is there an official list of "terror nations"? There is a list of "terrorist organizations", but I'm unaware of a list of "terror nations".

As I recall, Cruz described his moratorium as applying to countries which had a presence of al-Qaeda, ISIS or other similar terror groups. In which case, Pakistan would be included.
