GOP presidential contender Ted Cruz said Tuesday that he disagrees with rival Donald J. Trump's plan to ban Muslims from coming into the United States until the federal government can ensure that those coming into the nation do not pose a threat to the country.
"I do not agree with his proposal," the Texas senator said at a press conference on Capitol Hill. “I do not think it is the right solution.â€
Mr. Cruz said that some have encouraged him to criticize Mr. Trump, but said he will not to so. Instead, he said he is pushing solutions aimed at putting a three year moratorium on refugees from Syria and Iraq, and giving governors more power to stop refugees from being resettled in their states.
Mr. Trump has tangled with most of the candidates in the GOP field ..with the exception of Mr. Cruz .. though he warned at a rally in South Carolina that he will respond in kind if Mr. Cruz attacks him.

I heard a REALLY interesting analysis of why we’re not getting more Christian refugees on a Christian radio show the other day. Apparently the refugees are being redirected to the U.S. and elsewhere by the U.N. out of U.N. refugee camps. The Christians cannot even go to the camps because they aren’t safe for them. The Muslims in the camps threaten them. So unless Obama makes a special effort to get Christians without the help of the U.N., they won’t generally be included.
Might not fear God in the way you do (or say you do) but the bible says the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom and Trump has some pretty wise ideas. God manifests in many ways to many people. The bible says the entire creation witnesses to Him. This looks a lot like a path that a future open believer would be on.
I.e. it looks like something good may be going on beneath the hood of the Trumpmobile.

I think those who would give Trump advice should be able to do it better themselves.

Well fine, but can you furnish us with a positive statement. Jesus never let anyone into heaven on a “well, I am not a pagan.”
The simple fact remains, you can’t tell which ones are giving that book lipservice and which ones really believe they need to kill you to get to heaven.
It’s like deciding which round is live or not by playing Russian roulette.

Oh I do know the anger... it’s here too. The attack awakened some up that were asleep. I want everyone to know this is here and it’s real.. they have waged war against Christians, America, Israel and anywhere these choice picks exist. What makes me the angriest is the president who agrees with the enemy.. and congress who agrees with the president.. and the media who protects the president and the enemy.

Ever heard of, say, Syrian Christians? They recognize this kind of B.S. in their souls. There are good, if not perfect, ways to get screening on that satanic lying finds it difficult to get by.

Cruz is notorious for his history of being on the wrong side of immigration issues. As a nation, we are committing suicide by letting this continue. We need a full stop and regrouping to focus on those already here.
Ask yourself if Israel should grant all ‘Palestinians’ in other countries the right to emigrate to Israel. A nation should have its own borders and not be reprimanded for securing them by any method. We aren’t an unkind nation. We give billions in foreign aid and established trade to help people in their own countries already.
The notion we must have unlimited, unchecked, and rampant immigration is the path to national suicide.
Whatever? Is this all you can give us? You make such confident statements and are reduced to a whatever now?
