No, that’s not my first thought. It never even occurred to me. It did occur to me that a flag officer doing this bullshit should be kicked out of the service ASAP, though.

Military high ranking officers should know better, and make big mistakes in judgement from time to time.
However, there’s been so many officers purged from command, it raised suspicion that this very public embarrassment may have more behind it (doh!), I meant more than meets the eye...
