Well, at least they’re asking what you would like to have happen - wait ‘til they get around to computing some sort of Quality of Life quotient based on your life expectancy, hours of consciousness per day, average treatment effectiveness and other bizarre unpredictables which will have a cutoff value below which your treatment is suspended for the greater good....
But there is a world of difference between being asked whether you want to not exist and whether you want to stop any advanced treatments and offered comfort care. Th fact that government is using their agent, one’s doctor is horrifying.
