WELL...A precedent has already been established which allowed the government to FORBID the 'free exercise' of a religion.
That precedent came about because certain religions had 'practices' that were against federal law.
DOES NO ONE REMEMBER THIS ?????
The original MORMONS were eventually FORBIDDEN to have polygamy.
Some continued to do so anyway, for decades.
A few years ago... The FLDS was RAIDED by government LEO.
Why can the government FORBID certain practices in a religion for MORMONS, and FLDS, but not for Muslims ???
Especially when the laws about murder are much clearer than the laws about polygamy.
Easy to do this.
Just need to stop all immigration from the arab gulf states.
