Sorry but this is exactly why we're in the world of hurt we're in, because people think Americans are nothing special. We are special, those before us gave their lives to make us special. We should take care of Americans and not try to apply the Constitution to every rogue nation in the world.

Yes, the Declaration of Independence describes universal rights as an explanation for why we were ending our association with Britain. But the Constitution is document of laws outlining the fundamental structure of a national government. What nation would that be?
