And what their leverage point was?
Probably high level Military, National Security, Career Diplomat or Intelligence.

It is very likely that our leadership has been letting Obama run wild in the hopes that he be arrogant and overconfident in his ability to get away with treason and would overplay his hand by openly siding with the enemy, particularly ISIS and al -Qaeda
We have just had a serious attack by ISIS affiliated terrorists with credible evidence that ISIS is operating and openly recruiting, arming, training and planning terror operations in this country
Obama could have been warned that there are ways other than impeachment to remove a sitting President if the situation warrants it.
