Rubio has already proven he can be corrupted by the Washington, DC culture of self-preservation and betrayal of conservative voters. That point has been made clear through Rubio's treachery in the Gang of Eight amnesty plot and his endorsement of Mitch McConnell for reelection. Rubio is definitely Plan B for the GOPe.
