Well it would be a different religion.
One that rejects the Koran, which Islam holds as the actual words of Allah and which cannot be changed in the slightest.
It is the fact that the Koran is the immutable words of Allah that render Islam unreformable. The words are Allah’s, and it is filled with orders to kill infidels and apostates who ignore Allah.
