They mentioned this on LA news tonight. Witnesses said it basically blew up on take off. Instant fireball. I guess I would prefer to go quick like this.

Ejection seat is not a zero zero, but seems like something went terribly wrong, engine failure or such. Eject would probably not work (not survivable) at low altitude.
