I truly wish it were so. I know too many people who get their only news from the MSM. We have close relatives who claim to be conservative. The only news they get is from NBC Nightly News in the evening, their local fire and murder news at night, and from Time and People magazines. They are totally clueless.
They still vote.
We have to remember here, we are a unique set of political purveyors. We are part of that elite 1% that actually knows what is going on.The rest are still watching the playoffs and survivor.
I wish the media was irrelevant but they are not. My liberal friends on Facebook totally isolate themselves from anything that threatens their mindset.
This is fairly easy. They read the New York Times and think it is words from God.
They watch liberal TV shows ... not hard to find.
Liberalism even infects supposedly entertainment shows. I see it all the time.
We are probably in the minority for seeking truth in media.
That is one thing that Donald Trump has accomplished. Love him or not, he seems to be able to connect with The People.
