Yeah, there’s something big up with this sudden speech. The admin’s getting a lot of heat over that California thing.

That new rule “on the no fly list....no gun”....I think you’re right. They want to squeeze in any kind of control to be manipulated later as they tend to do.

But can he do that? If I’m on a no-fly list....(and how does one end up on this list?)....and denied my second amendment right due to being on the no fly list....is this constitutional?

More important....will the GOP elite do anything about it?

Also, no guns if you’re on Craig’s list, belong to any VFW in the country, wear Bermuda shorts in the winter....

Good questions all. You are put on the no-fly list without due process. Mistakes are made all the time. Yes, once you find out about it, you can appeal. Many people don't even know they are on the list until they try to fly.

I am sure there are constitutional problems should someone challenge the law.
