He won’t change the laws- He’ll ‘allow us to keep some guns’ only those guns will be single shot powered and ball muskets- and he will make those so expensive hardly anyone will be able to afford them- that is how they get around the second amendment
Ny isn’t outright ban all guns- they just made ‘some guns’ illegal, and many gun accessories illegal- they slowly chip away at the second amendment until only a few small pieces of it are left- and ‘technically’ it’s still the second amendment, it’s just very very anemic SA
For those who claim that states and municipalities can legally chip away at the 2A, imagine if NY state said that troops must be quartered in homes. State laws chipping away at the 2A are as blatantly Unconstitutional as quartering troops. No difference.
