Also: One thing I have seen this adminstration do over and over is warn people in advance of their unconstitutional moves. They usually seem to say "Obama will declare gravity illegal on Thursday" all week preceding the crazy announcement. If he drops a bomb tomorrow, it would be completely out of character for the normal behavior of these criminals.
