Muslims and blacks have gotten away with horrible violence against other groups and never been blamed, so why should they expect this time to be any different?

Somebody was advocating that recently (possibly after the Paris attacks); they felt it was as necessary as a defibrillator, given the frequency of mass shootings. I have a couple I picked up cheap in the new individual first aid kits at a local flea market (one guy was selling a whole kit for $5 - couldn’t pass that up, considering the tourniquet alone is $20+ online). It fits easily enough in my work bag (basically a book bag) with my CPR mask.

UK police are mostly not armed with a gun. The crime levels do not facilitate this and neither public or police want a fully armed UK police force, although both support more trained firearms officers and more armed units. Most are armed with a 50000v taser, baton and cs spray. Body armour also.
Inaction isn’t exclusive to the British. That part of London sadly is latte country. Had he tried it in other parts of the city and UK, he’d have been beaten. Remember Glasgow Airport.
Anything said that seems derogatory towards the UK does NOT imply things are not bad here. WE are following close behind.

Who said skin color leads to crime? What I meant is that skin color, religion (or political affiliation) can lead to impunity, that is, not being punished for wrongs that you do.
Police in NYC are reluctant to arrest blacks now because they will be called racist, even if the guy was busy killing another black person at the time if his arrest.
Justice is supposed to be blind, but ours is not and instead is always in the lookout for protected groups (of which Muslims are certainly one).
We’re probably ahead of the UK - in fact, the US virtually originated PC policy. When I’m in Europe reading their press, I notice that European writers always cite the glorious example of the US. They seem to believe that Bill Clinton was the leader in this.
I have a couple, and keep one in my range bag. That and Quikclot z fold gauze and Olaes bandages. Range/bug-out bag is always in my trunk.
