I expect Turkey is there to attack the Kurds, the only ground forces opposing ISIS.
Question for the Iraqi PM: If Turkish troops are in Mosul, ISIS controls much of the western part of your country, and you can’t do anything about it but talk, does Iraq have much “sovereignty” to violate?
