He has a strange way of speaking where his inflection goes up at the end of a sentence, like a valley girl, or someone who is lying.
I think that the other members of the cell must be mad at her for the bombs not detonating. Remember, there was a guy across the parking lot, who saw the car drive out slowly. (This guy also holstered up.) Maybe they were trying to radio control detonate the bomb in the building, but it never went off.
They also threw out pipe bombs from their SUV during the chase, but they did not explode either.
The larger cell probably hired her as a jihadi mail order bride because she had a degree in pharma, and she scored in the 70’s.
What they did not calculate, is that she is Paki and they are horrible, lax, wrong, miserably incompetent in things like computers, etc., and she must have been graded on the curve, because her bombs did not deliver their payload, for the big finales.
