I have to dissent because, while you claim to quote the constitution, you don't, and add a lot of words that dont' appear there. Article III section 3 reads, in its entirety, "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."

That is it. Nothing more or less. I don't disagree with your point, but we only have one constitution, and those of us who believe in it ought to honor it by quoting it accurately.

While you are correct on that language, I must ask you, does any language before the "court" mean anything anymore?

What I posted was very similar to what the intent was.

Today, we have a "court" that admits human sacrifice and penis in the anus as "marriage." So you tell me.
