obuma should NEVER been elected as a Senator much less than a leader of our Country...he is a Devout Muslim, he was raised that way, he was brought up in the worse Church ever with Rev. Wright and sat there for 20 years and listened to his vile statements about how bad America is...
He has done more damage to America than any thing or any body since the Founding of America, and I just hope if there isn't a way we cannot get him out without giving him what he wants along with being a martyr, then God Bless America and the American People to hold on!!!
The reference to the 25th Amendment, Section 4, presupposes that Vice President Biden would sign a letter stating that the President was incapable and would then stand by that in an almost certain situation where Obama contests the declaration.
I doubt that this would happen, don’t you? It also leads only to a President Biden, which does not sound like any kind of improvement to me.
Impeachment otherwise would take up most of the time remaining in Obama’s presidency and would only result in Biden being president for the lame duck period.
One wonders if there are not other measures that could take place if substantial numbers of powerful people perceived a real threat to national security from not just the President but the Administration in general.
The best thing would be to contain that Administration in suspended animation, wait for the decision of the people in November 2016, and pray that they made the right decision since a wrong decision would turn this into a long-term political crisis. I can’t imagine that either Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders would prove to be a better president than Barack Obama.
I am not opposed to impeachment but it would need to be a double impeachment, so that raises the question, what sort of president would Paul Ryan be? From August to November, and the lame duck period — I can’t see how impeachment would take place faster than six or seven months.
