Rivers belong to whoever can keep them, so lighten up Mexico will not take your river, no matter where a fence is built.
You are right we fought a war for the land much blood and treasure was spilled for Texas independence to give the Rio Grande back to Mexico we might as well spit on the graves of our ancestors who fought for freedoms of land Texans enjoy.
