Give the freaking river to Mexico...for all I care. Yeah.. you just wiped out the whole agri-business of an
entire region and also wiped out a buttload of property rights.

I would say 95% of Texas’ cattle/agri culture is no where near the Rio Grande. Somehow they manage.

Okay keep the river....tell Mexico to W%#$ it...and build the fence on the south side of the river.
Or build it on the north side...and keep all the water rights..except livestock watering in the river proper? How much of that is actually going on now? I dunno....I doubt much.
