O’Malley is an incompetent boob who made an already dismal situation in both the City of Baltimore and Maryland as a whole worse.
His solution is the opposite of what we really need. A variation of Constitutional Carry across all 50 States, all 5 Territories and D.C.
Won’t happen anytime soon, but we can keep working on it one state at a time.

A number of democrats actually voted for it.

I am not a fan of the Federal Government. That said, the Second Amendment is part of this nation’s Constitution. Therefore, the issue of the 2A needs to be taken from the states and a national constitutional carry law enacted. The idea that a citizen’s 2A RIGHT changes at a state border is ludicrous, along with the type of weapon you can possess.
