Unless they have no intention of catching them and want us to know how hard they're trying. Odd, these perps can just "get away" with air support and the entire SB PD among others on the scene.

I’m afraid the window of opportunity for catching these guys is just about to close. The freeway networks give an easy out.

Local fellow who does it for a service disconnects upon request from officials in certain situations.
