Back in my day, there was one hot female teacher who took on much of the HS football team. A male coach was into a 6th grade girl’s pants all through school to graduation. Nothing happened to either.
More recently, here, there was a female teacher who was getting it on with a male student until she scared him off saying she wanted his baby. There was a big cover up until someone notified the media. She got a slap on the wrist and is still teaching.
At my high school, back in the 1960s, it was the hot math teacher (yes, it's true) and the star of the basketball team. There were rumors at the time, but nobody who knew for certain was talking and there was no baby.
