Women that age grew up in an overly-serialized environment, and exhibit many traits of infantilism , so they enter these schools finding that their mental age and that of her students are much the same. They all are on Facebook, like the same pop music, play video games, wear the same fashion.
So they easily get the hots for a child, thinking that they are all really just younger “adults”, and are willing to risk everything to prove to themselves that they “still got it”.
Schools dont know, because these women can pour on this professional and mature persona far better than men to get the position because these days it’s taught as just an act to land a job, that can be discarded once you fooled them.
If she gets caught, she will just play the Girl Card, and either pretend like she was just a dumb women fooled by this dude, or if all else fails, claim rape.
