Some of these 13 to 15 year olds are as big as adults, too.
There's a large part of the problem. 1) She's single. 2) She thinks of herself as "a black parent." That's why she ended up with a "black teen." I.e., a criminal.

Often the “best” a single parent can do just isn’t good enough.
