Fair enough. I agree the punishment was far, FAR to light. My response was predicated on believing you blamed the Bush Admin. for the theft ever happening.

No, Pres. Bush did not direct the incident (Not to anyone's knowledge), but should have been more aggressive with ordering (Chief Executive) the prosecution to "go after Berger" under the full extent of the law.
