That’s crazy.
I have four ARs and having to give them up or register them would be a huge no-go for me, but I haven’t been faced with such a decision, so that’s easy for me to say.
That’s the stupid part. This law was a dumb attempt to “do something” after Sandy Hook.
It accomplished exactly nothing. We can still own our AR-15’s and 30 round mags, just need to do a little more work.
The licensing thing is blatantly unconstitutional, but the AG around here cares more about what he feels than what is legal.
