With the exception of probably Cruz, I don't think any of the other candidates are even on the campaign trail. I never see them taking questions, holding rallies, doing interviews, etc.
It's like Trump is operating in a vacuum and he's sucking up all the energy from the others.

I don’t know about Cruz, the only candidate I know about is Trump and I think he’s at a time in his life now where he wants to devote his time and energy to Making America Great Again...so that’s what he is doing...and he’s having so much fun doing it...
It’s exciting and you never know what is going to happen next....it’s just an amazing election....
