1. I’ve had friends in NYC/NJ and London (Americans) laud his program. All, of course, were either rich, well-employed or on the NHS.
2. I feel sorry for the people who signed up for this who were very ill.

1. USUALLY medical coverage is linked with job. It was that way for me. We also have a "general hospital" for those who can't work, never worked or don't want to work.
