Connard is the plane that transports criminals to other locations. They are calling Obama a criminal. They did a documentary about Connard. It was with Nicholas Cage and Marcellus Wallace. I think “I want my 2 dollars” was in it also.
I researched the word and it apparently means “schmuck.” I don’t know the derivation of the word at all.
