Personally, I think she will either be indicted or cop a plea deal, pleading guilty to some sort of misdemeanor that will allow her to continue her campaign. In fact, it would be better for her to do this sooner before the election. Guilty plea would require a fine, probation, and perhaps community service.

It’s up to Obama. He hates Hillary and Bill, but he wants the next President to be a Democrat, so he is stuck with Hillary since Biden chickened out. Obama can see to it that Hillary is not indicted. “Equal justice under law” is just an historical memory in this country.
