Wisconsin is not Constitutional Carry...and my local newspaper is portraying a bad outcome with actually very few votes. I was hoping some like-minded Freepers might like alter the results a tad. :{)

Tighten 17.2% 93 votes
Remain the same 11.9% 64 votes
More than 4 times as many for loosen as tighten.

A little over 61% loosen the laws, late on Dec 2nd. Not too shabby for a state that once elected Russ Feingold.
