Well then why all the political machinations and persuasions to pass this through Congress, if the damn thing is not legally binding and Iran never officially agreed to it anyway??? What the heck???

The “agreement” is really a hope as in the hope and change we were promised.

Iran knows they are dealing with a paper tiger. Sad part is, I think it is going to get worse, lots worse before it gets better.
I seriously doubt the next president, regardless whom it is will be able to bring us back to where we were just 10-12 years ago. Or even the next 10.

Rhetorical questions: So are the sanctions still in place?
Because it would have been >stupid< of us to remove the sanctions without Iran signing the agreement.

Maybe someone knows better than I, but I thought that at least American companies would be subject to civil liability by investors if they violated existing sanctions, since the "deal" was never a valid agreement.
Besides the fact that apparently Iran has not signed it, the Congressional approval did not occur because the Administration did not disclose all the terms of the "deal" as required by the Corker bill as a prerequisite to Congressional approval.
