Trump on 9/11 Claims: Im Not Going to Take it Back
Todd said, Lets go to this Jersey City comment. You said you saw this. nobody can find evidence of this. And, more importantly, the article that you tweeted out that says â that this backed you up, that in itself there were three or four different reports that month in New Jersey that said it was a myth that was spread, that it was a false rumor, FBI, you name it. Where did you see this?
Trump replied, Chuck, I saw it on television. so did many other peopleâ¦in the area. I also heard Paterson. Ive heard Jersey City, Ive heard Patterson. It was 14 years ago but I saw it on television. I saw clips and so did many other people and many people saw in the person. Iâve had hundreds of phone calls to the Trump organization saying we saw it, it was dancing in the streets. And, by the way, The Washington Post, now he tried to pull back, but The Washington Post reported tailgate parties and reports of tailgate parties. Tailgate parties mean, like, for a football game where you have hundreds and hundreds and maybe even thousands of people having tailgate parties. I saw it at the time. I stick by it. OK.
no not thousands....but enough to close the street off
Todd’s going to lose his show.
There was a column from a ‘conservative columnist named Debra Saunders that literally pleads for the preservation of the newspaper medium. In all that whining and crying she never really gets to WHY its going away:
The press lied to us, we caught them, and nothing happened to the liars.
Cigar Aficionado had a piece about trust in the media. At least the author TOUCHED on why, but is still so close to it he can’t accept what is happening to his field.
None of the raindrops want to blame themselves for the flood.
Rather should have been impoverished, and Mapes too. CBS should have sued them both civilly, demonstrated the damage the actions did to their brand, and spent the money on a new anchor.
Brian Williams, same thing. Pants them, financially. People will start watching the news again.
BOR was interviewed by Charles Payne on FoxBiz last night. I can’t remember how many times BOR reasserted that the ‘facts’ in his ‘Killing’ books are true. There’s some smoke which would indicate some fire we haven’t seen yet.
So they weren't the ones Trump saw on TV. Darn.
