The idea that one or more victims might have been shot by cops crossed my mind too. Who knows? The Iraq vet may have had a carry permit and trying to help out in some way and cops mistook him for the bad guy. It’s crazy. The facts as we know them don’t seem to fit the narrative.
Interesting, one witness said the perp had a shotgun and mimicked the pump action of a shotgun. What if all the victims were shoot with slugs and not from a shotgun? Circular firing squad comes to mind.
