This is an out and out lie. Bill Whittle has an excellent video that covers the subject of which countries have the highest gun violence. While we do have the highest per capita gun ownership (90 guns per 100 people), we are 112th out of 218 countries of the world in terms of gun-related deaths. We would be a lot farther up this list if it weren’t for the RAT-run cities like Chicago, etc.
