eb Bush says the prospect of a Donald Trump presidency is "kind of scary."
The former Florida governor blasted Trump, saying he doubts the real estate mogul's readiness for the White House, in an appearance on CBS' "Face the Nation" on Sunday.
"I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt to see how the campaign unfolded," Bush said. "But if you listen to him talk, it's kind of scary to be honest with you, because he's not a serious candidate."
"He doesn't talk about the issues at hand that are of national security importance for our country -- to keep us safe is the first priority of the president. And he's all over the map, misinformed at best and preying on people's fears at worst," he added.

Just how is “Making America Great” scary? What is really scary is that the folks have figured it out—Jeb was to get the GOPe nod then lose to Hillary so things would just the same in 2018 as it is now. The Uni-Party would keep the taxes flowing in to the political ruling class. Trump knocked a hole in that plan.
GimpGate was a flop, so now the liberal media returns to pimping Mr. 5% Jeb.
Trump will respond of course. He’s hit back with Amnesty. Common Core and Lehman Brothers.
To Yebbie B: Please drop out...of sight.
The Bush people are idiots.
Yesterday they trotted out Karl Rove and his fundraising support for Ben Carson.
Today, they trot out Jeb to remind everyone how awful Jeb is.
At this point, if Jeb! and his controllers haven't figured out that direct attacks on Trump only help Trump while Bush's numbers decline, then it is not irony but stupidity at work.
Jebbie’s so fragile... it’s all so scary for him... poor baby.
Yeah, scary to the GOPe and more than scary to all the pundits, idiot handlers, and ANALysts who derive their income from coaching candidates to avoid taking on any issue directly.
What I want in a candidate:
Someone who states my views.
Someone who is patriotic.
Someone who talks directly and is not afraid to call it as he sees it.
This fits two candidates in the GOP race, one is leading and one is near the top.
JeBush may be able to find some support for that nonsense on FR among certain posters.
No Jeb the thought of you in the Whitehouse is scary.
Right. Yesterday was the Rove blabathon, today we have doofus McBush. Maybe tomorrow we can get an ex speaker of the house telling us how much greater America could be importing cheap labor or Mad Mo disciples. I am really torn between who exactly is the greater threat. The Demonrat enemies we know or the GOP camouflaged enemies that use patriots.
Yebbie should be afraid of those long lines of supporters Trump gets at every rally and yesterday in Florida!
Just saying!
Jeb: And, and.....(lip trembling)...he was mean to me.
“He doesn’t talk about the issues at hand that are of national security importance for our country — to keep us safe is the first priority of the president.”
Jebbie, you blockhead—Trump’s trying to keep the throat cutters out of the country. You’re the scary one.
Of course...and Trump needs to hit back. There’s plenty of material to hit Bush on WITHOUT making himself (Trump) become the issue.
This will be a good test!
Not as scary as Jeb...
We are facing ‘scary’ problems. Maybe we need a scary President. (Preferably Cruz, but Trump might do...).
Has the GOP ever attacked a Democrat as hard as they are attacking Trump?
Yes, returning to the rule of law and having fraudulently documented foreigners removed before than can kill Americans would be scary to The Cheap Labor Express and their stooges.
Yeb! won’t go away until the money is gone. I hope Mike Murphy keeps getting him lousy deals on his advertising.
Scary to who jeb? Seriously, be specific.
Who is scared and more importantly why jeb?
What threat does Trump pose jeb?
Will he unite America?
Will he make America great again?
Will he bring back American jobs?
Will he close the boarder and deport the illegal aliens?
Will he bring the crime rate down?
Will he support our police?
Will he support our military?
Will he make our military the strongest in the world?
Will he end common core?
Will he fix the VA?
Will he negotiate great trade deals
Will he fix our debt problem before we default
Will he kill ISIS
Will he monitor radical islamist nests masquerading as Mosques?
Will he return our health care system to the private sector?
Who gets hurt jeb? Who specifically jeb?
You total asshat.
