It is time for States to cut the cord.

Patriots, regarding lawless Obamas actions concerning refugees and the states, please do not overlook the following. Corrupt Congress has always had the contitutional authority to impeach and remove Obama from office, but has stubbornly refused to do so, blatantly ignoring state sovereignty as evidenced by their passive support of Obamas constitutionally indefensible refugee policy.

So when patriots elect Trump, or whatever conservative they elect as president, they also need to support their new conservative president with a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to help patriots and the president restore America.

Getting back to lawless Obama and refugees, note that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate immigration, immigration therefore a 10th Amendment-protected state power issue.

In fact, both Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, Madison generally regarded as the father of the Constitution, had written, reflecting on 10th Amendment-protected state sovereignty nonetheless, that the Founding States had not delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate immigration.

Here is the relevant excerpt from Jeffersons writings.

” 4. _Resolved_, That alien friends are under the jurisdiction and protection of the laws of the State wherein they are: that no power over them has been delegated to the United States, nor prohibited to the individual States, distinct from their power over citizens. And it being true as a general principle, and one of the amendments to the Constitution having also declared, that ”the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people,” the act of the Congress of the United States, passed on the - day of July, 1798, intituled ”An Act concerning aliens,” which assumes powers over alien friends, not delegated by the Constitution, is not law, but is altogether void, and of no force [emphasis added].” Thomas Jefferson, Draft of the Kentucky Resolutions - October 1798.

Here is the related excerpt from Madison's writings from the Virginia Resolutions.

"That the General Assembly doth particularly protest against the palpable and alarming infractions of the Constitution, in the two late cases of the ”Alien and Sedition Acts" passed at the last session of Congress; the first of which exercises a power no where delegated to the federal government, ...

. . .

. . . the General Assembly doth solemenly appeal to the like dispositions of the other states, in confidence that they will concur with this commonwealth in declaring, as it does hereby declare, that the acts aforesaid, are unconstitutional; and that the necessary and proper measures will be taken by each, for co-operating with this state, in maintaining the Authorities, Rights, and Liberties, referred to the States respectively, or to the people [emphasis added]. ” James Madison, Draft of the Virginia Resolutions - December 1798.

Remember in November 2016! Again, support the new conservative president with a likewise new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress.

Obama realizes that if he is stopped by any kind of resistance in this matter, his power and presidency are over. The nation is waiting for just one governor to step up and end the agony.

Bring it on. Stall it in the courts. The new president can then use the same enforcement action against sanctuary cities.

“Any state ... could be subject to enforcement action, including suspension and termination.”

= = =

OK. Let’s suspend and terminate the states.

Or the people.

He’s been salivating to terminate things for a long time.

The states need to warn the freeloaders’ daddy of impeachment if he tries any of his Marxist bull****.

I remember another conflict that arose over the federal government telling the states what they HAD to do ...

Of course, governors in those days filled out their trousers better than today's.

If he withholds funding from the fed to the states, those states should not send a dime of taxes to DC but use that money to replace money denied them. According to the Constitution, the President does not have the power of the purse.

I certainly hope that everyone has a good ammo stock since I think the time has finally come to use it for the preservation of the America we used to know.

This revolution will be no different than the one we had over 200 years ago with King George. This time it will be with OOOOOGA BOOGA, the King of America.

It’s amazing to grow old and actually watch our society self-destruct and the freedoms we actually had back then evaporate before our very eyes.

Worse yet, to be old enough to watch the youth of America become totally “programmed” by indoctrination centers, video indoctrination businesses and finally, by the colleges and institutes of higher “education”.

I knew this day would come and the trigger that will finally cause it to happen will be the death of Trump or something else that stops him from becoming our leader.

I used to believe that I would die a natural death but now I am uncertain that will happen for I will die fighting to keep myself from becoming a slave to the government.

Those States that oppose the refugees do not have the intelligent to see what is happening. King Obama will push hundreds of thousands in their heaviest cities and make them eligible to vote. America will become a Muslim nation within a few years.

That’s about right for this POS Obama. Sanctuary cities don’t have to follow federal law, but governors who do not want “refugees” without sold vetting will be prosecuted. Yup, that makes sense.

At this point, I hold Congress and the media responsible for the over-throw of the United States by the Obamatollah.
Congress MUST use article 25 of the US Constitution:
Section 4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Otherwise, our elected officials in Congress will have the nation’s blood on it’s hands. Period.
