How would Trump know what the reporter looked like? He’s an obscure ink-stained wretch. Trump was doing his usual stand-up routine imitating a very nervous fellow who just found out he agrees with Trump.
It's not an attractive trait to insult folks for their physical disabilities, but Trump is Trump.
He did the same thing for Krauthammer when he said something to the effect of "can you believe I am being slammed by a guy who can't even buy his own pants?"
