Alinsky did, and that is why he recommends doing it in Rules for Radicals. Sell one’s soul to Satan? Small price for bringing someone you hate, down. (In that frame of mind, it seems that way.)
In real life, people are always on the move. If you can perceive where they are moving to, you will have a better idea of what their tomorrow will look like.
