Trump then made an innuendo about Iran's ability to be honest.
Trump went on to describe the nature of the transaction and those involved in the nuclear deal. "This was done by grossly incompetent people. This was done by people who have no idea what they're doing. And we don’t even get our prisoners back. We gave them 150 billion dollars. We don't even get our prisoners back. We get nothing." And in true Trump discourse, he went on to repeat the notion several times.

If you posit a Moslem identity for Hussein then you see that he is not delusional, just doing what a faithful Mohammedan would do in his situation.
