If you count TV and movies, you'd have to include...Bruce Willis (Moonlighting's David Addison and John McClane of the Die Hard series) To that you can add the voice of Mikey in the first two "Look Who's Talking" movies.

I never really watched Moonlighting, but I think that’s stretching “iconic”. Personally my favorite Willis movie is Last Man Standing (see my tagline).
