Pattern of Detroit where the costs are future loaded to make the workers happy NOW!

Workers in Detroit are most definitely NOT happy now. Retired police and firefighters took it up the shorts on pension cuts after the bankruptcy. If you keep doing the same thing expecting different results...

It also provides another full week of vacation, plus the Chavez day, so that adds another 2% raise to the cost of the contract. Actually more, since that vacation is at the higher rate.

Social Security Retirees: 00.0%

Well, in fairness, SS Retirees did get that whopping 1.7% in 2015.

And we all know, there is no inflation... /s
