“Mayor” Emanuel.....the same a$$hole that coined the phrase “never let a crisis go to waste?” He would love to see his city in the cross hairs of a riotous crowd of blacks chanting “NoQuan”. Brings a whole lot of taxpayer dollars to the windy city. 16 times? Must have had to reload.
