Here's my response to that point: Pro-drug-war "conservatives" who trumpet every drug seizure as proof that the drug war is being won, are thereby motivating the DEA to cut deals with one cartel to increase their ability to make seizures from other cartels.
I guess you have to be drug kicking and screaming to get on topic.
