Anyone thinking that minimizing civilian casualties was the real reason for dropping warning pamphlets on ISIS targets 45 minutes before a bomb-run must also believe in the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus.

Obama is not that stupid, though he knows the majority of Americans are and would readily lap up this excuse.
