#1 the kid destroyed a $28.00 clock from Radio Shack , give him a gift certificate to Radio Shack for $28.oo, and call it even.
#2 Since the kid didn't get the rise out of school administration when he first showed it to teachers, he purposely plugged in so the alarm would go off.
Charge his family for the hours expense for school and police overtime.
#3 Charge the Father as an "agent provocateur" ,since they decided to perform this act in close proximity ,purposely, close to the 9/11 anniversary.
#4 Csll it even as 'Dad' is a previously unsuccessful presidential Sudanese candidate , and a current failure as a respectable father- who should be in Quatar !
