What would the Israeli customer have to gain by complaining?
That Israeli customer is a corporate executive who might have some say in ending a lot of corporate travel business with Avis. If Avis doesn’t care about losing a major customer, then Avis needs to die in the marketplace.
Does it matter?
Based on the sketchy evidence we have, I’m waiting, but standing on the Avis side.
For all we know, this could be an Israeli of Palestinian parents.
